Good Effort
My first order with The Country Victualler, so I tried one of these (a one-pounder) as well as the game pie . I found the all-important crispy crust and plenty of jelly, however the pork filling could have used a little more seasoning, and ideally it would have used a coarser mince, same sort of texture as the meat in the game pie. Still a pretty decent pie, it could use just a little tweaking of the recipe as above for a 5-star product.
