Grill From Frozen (medium heat) Place the burgers on a baking tray under a preheated grill and cook for approximately 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven cook From Frozen (200°C/Fan 1800°C/Gas 6) Place burgers on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow Fry From Frozen (medium heat) Pre-heat oil, add burgers and cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Shallow Fry Instructions: Pan Fry Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Place one of the pieces into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready. Fry for 18-20 minutes over moderate heat, turning frequently. Check food is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving.

Remove from grill and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: For best results, pan fry. Heat a dry frying pan until hot and cook steaks for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from pan and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes.

Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Shallow Fry Instructions: Pan fry Rub or brush steak with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until smoking. Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook for further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done). Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes.
